I had never tried anything like BodyFit Bootcamp before, and I was a bit nervous about starting something new... "The uncertainty and nerves made it challenging to commit to a new fitness routine. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was hesitant to step out of my comfort zone. Since joining BodyFit Bootcamp in June 2017, I’ve absolutely loved it. Simon is a funny, encouraging, and genuinely lovely guy who keeps each session fresh with different setups every week. He also provides a wealth of information through the members' inner circle, including recipes, goals, and progress tracking tools. The members are friendly, and although we all have different goals and energy levels, we work together and have fun. My stamina, health, and well-being have all improved, and I'm seeing real changes in my body shape. Bootcamp hasn’t just boosted my physical health; it’s also improved my mental well-being. It’s a great place to let off steam, have fun, and feel positive and strong. It helps me sleep better and face daily challenges head-on."
