Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

We want to make sure that you have the best possible workout experience, and that means being prepared with the right equipment. While we provide a variety of equipment for our workouts, including weights and resistance bands, we highly recommend bringing a training mat with you to use during the abs section of the session. Using a mat will not only provide extra cushioning and support for your back and joints, but it will also help you to maintain proper form and alignment, which is crucial for preventing injuries and getting the most out of your workout. So come prepared to give it your all and bring a training mat with you to help you rock those abs!

What do I need to wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and confident during your workout. That's why we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and trainers. This will help you move freely and without restriction, allowing you to focus on your form and technique during the exercises. Additionally, it's important to stay hydrated during your workout, which is why we suggest bringing a water bottle with you to every session. Staying hydrated will help you maintain energy and stamina throughout the workout, and will also help prevent the risk of dehydration and cramping. Finally, it's always a good idea to bring a towel with you to wipe away sweat and to help keep you feeling refreshed during your workout. Our sessions are designed to challenge you, so it's important to come prepared with the right gear to help you stay focused and motivated.

What is the 28 Day Kickstarter & How much does it cost?

We're passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing. That's why we've created our 28 Day Kickstarter Program, an amazing introductory program that costs just £37! This program is designed to give you a taste of our bootcamp sessions, while also providing you with the nutrition advice and support you need to succeed. When you sign up for the 28 Day Kickstarter Program, you'll receive up to 12 bootcamp sessions in a 4 week period, giving you plenty of opportunities to try out our workouts and see the benefits for yourself. In addition, our program includes nutrition advice and support from your trainer, who will help you create a plan that works for your individual needs and goals. We know that fitness is about more than just working out, which is why we're committed to providing you with the tools and resources you need to succeed both in and out of bootcamp.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions at Bodyfit Bootcamp are typically 45 minutes long. We've found that this duration strikes the perfect balance between providing a challenging workout that maximises results, while still being manageable for busy women on-the-go. Our experienced trainer has carefully crafted each session to ensure that every minute is used effectively, incorporating a mix of cardio, strength training, and core work to target all areas of the body. Plus, with our supportive and motivational environment, you'll find that the time flies by and you leave each session feeling energised and accomplished.

How many sessions do I need to attend?

We recommend attending at least two sessions per week to achieve maximum benefits and see real progress in your fitness journey. However, we understand that everyone has different schedules and commitments, so we welcome you to attend up to three sessions per week. By attending two sessions per week, you'll give your body the regular exercise it needs to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build muscle strength, and tone your body. Our expert trainer will guide you through each session, providing modifications and progressions to ensure that you are challenged at your own fitness level. Plus, by making regular exercise a part of your routine, you'll enjoy the mental and emotional benefits of working out, such as reduced stress levels and improved mood. So, whether you attend two sessions or more per week, you'll be taking an important step towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Where can I park?

You can park using either of the two BEW car parks, and during the week, you can use the Howdens car park. Please note that the Howdens car park is unavailable on Saturday morning sessions.

Why are the sessions outdoors?

We believe that exercising outdoors has numerous benefits for both physical and mental health. We have carefully considered the option of indoor sessions, but the feedback from our attendees has shown that they much prefer the outdoor setting. Additionally, bootcamps are primarily held outdoors as they offer a range of advantages over indoor workouts, such as exposure to natural light & fresh air. Exercising in a natural environment can also have a positive impact on mental health, reducing stress levels and improving overall mood.

What is the member age range?

At Bodyfit Bootcamp, we pride ourselves on creating a community that is inclusive of women of all ages and backgrounds. Our participants range from busy mums in their 30s to active seniors in their 60s. We believe that fitness is a journey that can be embarked on at any age, and our experienced trainer is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
