I've been a member since June 2017, and I can confidently say that this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health and wellbeing. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with open arms by Simon, our trainer, who is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also funny and encouraging. Each week, Simon changes up the workout routine to keep things fresh, and he provides a wealth of information and resources through the members Facebook group and app. The other members are friendly, supportive, and come from all different backgrounds and fitness levels. Despite our differences, we all work together and have a great time in each session. The atmosphere is truly positive and motivating, and I always leave feeling energised and ready to tackle whatever life throws my way. Since joining BodyFit Bootcamp, I've noticed a significant improvement in my stamina, health, and body shape. Not only that, but my mental wellbeing has also improved. Bootcamp provides a fun and stress-relieving outlet, and I always sleep better and feel more positive after a session.
