I started going to BodyFit Bootcamp in June 2017, and I absolutely love it. I had never tried anything like this before, so I was a little nervous at first. But Simon is a funny, encouraging, and lovely guy. Each week, he sets up a different workout, which keeps each session fresh.
He also provides a wealth of information through the members' Facebook group and app, including recipes, goals, targets, and the ability to track your progress.
The members are all friendly, and we all have different goals and levels of energy, but we all work hard and have fun together. My stamina, health, and well-being have all improved, and I'm now seeing the results in my body shape.
Bootcamp has not only improved my physical health, but it has also improved my mental well-being. It's a place to let off steam and have some fun. It helps me sleep better and makes me feel positive, strong, and ready to tackle the daily chores and stresses of life head-on.

I can't recommend BodyFit Bootcamp enough. I joined when I was struggling to maintain motivation to lose weight and get fitter. I was a little nervous at first, but Simon was so welcoming and encouraging. He helped me create a personalized plan that was challenging but achievable. He also gave me lots of tips and support along the way.
